Approved but can’t access anything
UPDATE: Got an email saying my card is on the way so I tried to log in again and got online access.
Got approved for a cap one venture card on monday but still can’t access any documents, tried to get in online and it says they can’t find me with the information I give and now i’m locked out. Called capital one and they can see i’m approved but they can’t do anything or open the account. Anyone else go through something similar? when was it figured out?
