Misdelivered Once Again
Has this happened to anyone else? I updated my address in my account weeks before my next auto-shipment, but they still shipped to my old address. They blamed me, saying that the delivery was a success (they seem to be defining this nontraditionally) and that it's up to me to change the address for the individual shipment. They went on to say that they weren't going to do anything about it (no refund, no reshipment) and that I should go to my old home to pick it up. Why would the address I entered in my profile not be updated for my shipments? This is the second time where I have all the correct information in my account, but they're basically plugging their ears and LALALAing.
Prior to this screwup, they also misdelivered with my old address by ignoring my apartment number. How does this incompetence benefit their business model? I genuinely cannot understand how they're happy to so regularly misdeliver medications (and people's personal medical records).
