I installed AMD Adrenaline software and my CPU suddenly reached 94 degrees.

I recently installed AMD Software Adrenaline Edition to update my drivers, and my FPS increased, but my CPU temperatures reached over 94 degrees Celsius and wouldn't go below 84 degrees. So I uninstalled the AMD software, but my temperatures are now exceeding 80 degrees Celsius, whereas before they never went above 71 degrees. I even did a complete factory reset of my PC, but it didn't help at all. Honestly, I'm considering giving up gaming on this PC because my grandmother bought it for me for school, and I wouldn't want to break it because of the high temperatures. By the way, my PC is an HP EliteBook 845 G8 laptop with a Ryzen 5 Pro 5650U, 16 GB of RAM, integrated graphics, and a 256 GB SSD.

I recently bought lossless scaling, configured it, and tested it, but it always seemed to decrease my original FPS and also made some frames look uglier and blurrier, basically bugging the graphics and worsening performance. I don't know why. Could someone help me fix it or tell me why it's happening?

I originally get 30 fps in Forza Horizon 4, but after upscaling it only gets worse.
