Summer Sublet  Available in Harlem - 16 minute train ride to midtown

June 1st  - August 14 (can rent the room as early as May 25 if needed. Can move out  later in August if needed).  Must sublet at minimum  from June 1st - August 14. 

Large Furnished Room – $1,500/month (utilities included) - 2nd floor walk-up. Laundry in the basement. 3 bedroom /2 bath apartment.

No pets. No couples. Drug-free/smoke-free home.
Please note: Bedroom furniture cannot be removed.

Perfect if you’re in the city for school, an internship, residency, or need a short-term stay while searching for something more permanent.

I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and considerate, especially about cleaning up after themselves in shared spaces like the kitchen and bathroom.

Location:The apartment is conveniently located near the 135th Street station (2/3 and B/C trains). It’s approximately a 16 minute ride on the 2/3 to 34th Street Penn Station. Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, gyms, and several grocery stores are all within walking distance.

About Me:I’m the leaseholder, in my 30s, and work as an evaluation consultant.  You will be sharing the apartment with me  (woman - Columbia affiliated) and one other woman (recent columbia grad)
