KB swing form check

Thanks, guys. I usually swing around 30-40lb KBs (single-arm). I think this one was closer to 60lb (held in both hands). I'm also still fairly new to KB swings.

Any tips on how I can improve will be very much appreciated!

Hi, guys. My engine's got the jitters. I brought it in to the mechanic and they confirmed my pessimistic suspicion: it's the cylinders and plugs.

I'm driving a 2007 Nissan Versa with roughly 150k miles. They're recommending that I replace all of everything. They said it's $22 for the plugs, $110 for the cylinders, and $300 for the labor. Should I bit the pillow and dish out the almost $900 (which I certainly can't afford), or should I try doing it myself?

I have a little bit of experience working on cars, but not a lot. Is this a job for the well versed (pardon the pun), or can a pleb like me do the job without causing my engine to explode?

Thanks for the help!
