Hi po. I had an overdue of 42k sa Metrobank and almost 9yrs na sya. I know it’s my fault for not being financially smart. Also, i lost access to my email na they use to contact me and recently ko lang na restore ung access ko sa yahoo email ko. They had offered me 100% off interest which lagpas na sa provided na time to get the offer. Now I received an email from Metrobank, subject FINAL CALL: Legal Action May Proceed.

Any advice po on what I do next? Do i reply po and explain yung naging issue sa email access ko?
Can I still request for the 100% off interest to pay off my debt?

Should i prepare proof of relationship narin po ba just in case? Your answers are much appreciated!
