I don’t want my name to be shown anywhere on this Xbox, but I can’t find anywhere to disable it

Just bought a pre owned hd60s+ to play my Xbox One X on my PC monitor, mainly older call of duty games. But I use the 4k capture utility like the box says and it’s horribly laggy, when the app doesn’t crash the input lag is like a full second it feels like. How do I set this up so I don’t get any lag, or if I can’t then how can I get just the sound through my pc headset?

PC is good, 9600x, 32gb and a 3070
