Creditwise score change contradicts indicators
Can someone please help me understand this? I paid off a credit card last month, and logged into Creditwise through my Capital One account to see what difference it made. Impossibly, my score has decreased despite all the indicators listed moving in a positive direction.. so frustrating. For context, I am 28yo and the majority of my debt (~$11k) is federal student loans. The rest is spread across two credit cards, one of which I just paid off. I also completely paid off a car loan around 3 months ago (sold my car and hoofing it to save on the payment; I owed about 9k before), and while that is seemingly reflected here by my "total debt" being accurate, my score didnt budge from the payoff either. I would almost feel more comforted if someone just said its all BS and theres nothing I can actually do. Apologies if I'm missing something obvious, I looked at the FAQs and the CK warning but this is my first post here.
