About a week ago, I got what seemed like an ingrown hair/pimple on my neck from shaving, and I made it worse by picking at it. I used pimple patches a lot and then tried Cabtreo, which I think irritated it more. It got pretty red and inflamed (even had a cortisone shot), and now it’s just a flat red patch with a slight sting but no bump or pus. I was given Fucidin and just started using it. Has anyone had something similar? How long did the redness take to fade for you?
