I sold a dress to a buyer that the tracking shows as 'Delivered' (by Intelcom/Dragonfly) exactly one month ago. The buyer is now reaching out asking whether the dress is still coming to her. While the buyer has positive reviews, I am confused about the 30-day delay in reporting this issue. Why wouldn't she reach out when the tracking showed that it is delivered yet she did not recieve it? Since the tracking shows a successful delivery to the address she provided and the order is marked as 'Completed' in the depop app, I am unsure of how I can help her.

Any advice or insights are greatly appreciated as I am a new seller. Thank you in advance!
