Ok. So every day when I respond to a post Reddit congratulates me and tells me how many consecutive days I’ve posted… Until it didn’t. I’ve not missed any days but Reddit stopped counting. Why? What’s wrong? Would like to know because I was at 290+ days…

So I’m researching a road trip to Traverse City, Michigan (TC). I’m driving a 26 Toyota bZ XLE which is a Tesla partner and my car has NACS charge port. The issue: Tesla Traverse City is apparently not open to non-Tesla cars!
So… that sucks. What version chargers in TC? And why are there no chargers for non-Tesla, because TC is the largest city north of Grand Rapids in Michigan! I’m frustrated.

60 years ago, when I was roughly 12, my grandparents took me to a new burger joint way off in the middle of nowhere (rural) that specialized in pizza burgers. It was out of this world, really good! We went back 2 or 3 times that summer and it was equally delicious. That fall, the place closed down and was never seen again.
For years, I’ve tried to duplicate the recipe with zero luck. Today, I’m trying again. This time, I’m doing it differently. First, I’m using my own ground beef: 1/3 ground round; 1/3 ground chuck; 1/3 ground sirloin all ground in my grinder, 2x once using my coarse grind plate and once using my fine grind plate. Next, I formed a 5 oz patty, placing a thick slice of fresh mozzarella cheese into a well in the patty. Next, fresh pepperoni. Next, a thickened 2 teaspoons of pizza sauce. I used Carbone’s brand, first simmering it for 20 minutes to thicken, adding 2 teaspoons of tomato paste. Then I put another 5 oz patty on top, pressing down the edges. As I write this, 3 pizza burgers are lurking in the freezer. I want to get them mostly frozen so they won’t fall apart on the grill (gas). I plan to top them generously with provolone and maybe more pizza sauce depending on how they taste and placed on a toasted brioche bun with a side of potato salad. What do you think?
