Hi, getting into weeks 13/14/15 have Tues 4:00 runs, I don’t have 4hrs on a Tues, 2hrs is about the max I could fit in. wondering if anyone has struggled with this and incorporated something different? Double day? I could do a morning and night, or like previous weeks, ME in the morning and Z1 at night. Let me know. Thanks.
