Consistently getting auto-rejected within hours for Security Engineering roles – any insights?

I’m hoping to get some insight from current or former Amazon employees regarding the current recruitment process.
Over the last 2-3 months, I've applied for a couple of Security Engineering and AppSec/DevSecOps positions that closely align with my professional background. However, I'm experiencing something strange: I am getting rejected within just a few hours of submitting my application.
Since the turnaround is so incredibly fast, I’m trying to figure out what might be going on behind the scenes. A few things I'm wondering:
Is it likely my resume is getting filtered out by the ATS before a recruiter even sees it?
Are these roles getting filled internally, or are there silent hiring freezes for these specific security pipelines?
Is there a specific format or keyword structure expected for Amazon tech resumes that I might be missing?
Has anyone else experienced this recently, or does anyone have advice on how to navigate this?
