TLDR: : Claim for a head contusion was closed back in December but still dealing with post concussion syndrome symptoms, hired an attorney to get my claim reopened or get PPD. Already did two IMEs and recently did an arbiter exam.
Got a letter recently from my lawyer saying the medical evidence even from my attending physician isn't enough for an appeal to go well. Hearing is in June but if my lawyer says it won't go in our favor, then I'm inclined to believe him.
I'm still feeling a lot of concussion symptoms and really still struggling to finish stuff in a timely matter and I'm terrified about doing my normal duties as a nurse. I'm not sure what to do next other than maybe go and pay out of pocket for treatment or try and get another lawyer.
