I did a drop and go order on May the 2nd and still haven’t got money. I haven’t got an email, phone call and don’t get a recipe either. I sent a “ticket” on their website but heaven beats back either. What now?

Today I did a drop and go sale. I handed it over, the guy did some checks, did something on the computer and said it’s all good. I’ve got no emails or phone calls and didn’t get given a receipt. Is this normal or should I have got an email or physical receipt?
