So, we flip our trucks overnight. All done, zoned, etc. There is no time. Now, the SM says we have to work all vizpicks too, and we will be coached. Hours are cut, and the bins are full. But we HAVE to bin everything, even if there’s no room. Can anyone who knows the process weigh in on who is supposed to work the vizpicks that first shift pulls? In addition to flipping every truck, and having no additional time, we now have to work all vizpicks. Can someone advise? We are pushed to the limit, and everything is full
