so I 17m, have had acne for about a year now and I’ve just been taking over the counter meds (using cerave cleanser and a salicylic acid) and a couple other treatments pretty consistently. I know I don’t have it as bad as some but what are some solutions to getting rid of it? Don’t want to spend 500 on a doctor visit just to get some products that don’t do much good anyway, and I suppose I don’t have it severe enough for prescription meds I have a little bit on the other side of my face, forehead and some on my back
