Internet pickup horrible experience, should I complain for the greater good?

Just went to pickup an online order at my local Lowe's to pick up an order for my Dad. After waiting for almost 20 minutes with a bunch of other people a person finally comes to the counter and tells me it's not ready yet. I say no problem at all I was just wondering because it was placed almost 2 days ago. He then told me there are over 50 orders in the system and he is scheduled alone and he was so sorry. How is this fair to the employee? I genuinely felt bad for him because there is a line of delivery drivers trying to pick things up and he had to go outside for each customer to put mulch into their car? Why is that even his job? Not only that there is one person at the customer service desk that can't even help. I swear the entire time I was waiting the phone was ringing and there was a line out the door. Is staffing this bad at all stores? The whole experience left me with such a bad feeling in my stomach. My question for the subreddit is: Should I complain with the hope that staffing improves? Or would complaining only make the situation worse? I cannot imagine doing that job for the rate that Lowe's pays.

I am looking to make the switch from apple to android and I am highly considering the pixel pro. My only problem is that I am seeing a lot of complaints about the battery online, as well as a lot of general negativity on the subreddit about many of the recent updates on the pixel. I know that no phone is perfect, but as I don't know anyone personally with a pixel to ask, I wanted to hear some general sentiments about how the pixel (specifically the 10 pro) is doing.
