I work for a charitable organization in Scotland. Can I be sponsored under the health and care worker visa if I work only part-time? I work 21 hours per week and my pro-rated salary more than exceeds the minimum requirement. My role is also eligible for sponsorship under this category. Only catch is that it's a part-time position and the charity doesn't have enough funds to employ me full time. Does anybody know if I can still be sponsored while working part-time? Thanks a tonnn x
