Hej all

I have tried for 3 days to get my printer to print some conductive tpu 90a for a projekt.

No matter what I do, it keeps getting stuck in the ekstruder gears and I have to open up the printer head, and get the stuck tpu out.

I know this printerhead so well after I’ve done this over 10 times now.

Is there any workaround to make it direct print.

What I’ve tried so far.

I’ve done the hand feeding from a spool.

Removed the Bowden tube.

Used the recommended settings from the tpu maker.

It prints for maybe 20 minutes, and then it gets stuck in the ekstruder gears everytime.
