Serious question. Feels like Brisbane dining is full of good casual spots now, but fewer places that feel like an actual night out. Somewhere with atmosphere, proper service, unique food, and people dressing up a little.
Do people still want that experience, or has everyone shifted to burgers, pubs and “good enough”?
