Hello all! I dont ever post to reddit , but thought this might be the perfect place for a new book suggestion. As the title suggests, I really enjoyed Joy Luck Club and am looking for a read that is similar. Does not necessarily have to have Chinese/immigrant themes. But I did fall in love with getting to know each character and the female struggle against family/self/world. I loved learning about their backgrounds and how each woman came to be. I cried almost every chapter. Anyways! Just looking for something to touch my heart like this. Preferably with multiple characters and deep upbringings. Thank you so much!
