I’m a newly hired call center agent, and I created a GoTyme account on March 27 since our company recommended it for payroll. We also have a GoTyme kiosk in our building, and we were told that using GoTyme would allow us to receive our salary earlier.
At the time I registered, I didn’t have a valid ID yet, only my NBI clearance, so I used our company code to submit a request using that. I also didn’t have my company ID then, and the GoTyme staff at the kiosk advised me to proceed using my NBI.
On the same day, GoTyme emailed me requesting a company ID. Once I received my company ID, I submitted it right away.
Since then, I’ve been regularly following up on my account. Each time, I’m told to wait 24–48 hours for an update, but I still haven’t received any progress. I called again earlier today and was given the same response.
Could anyone please advise me on what I should do to resolve this and gain access to my account? I’m currently using a Cebuana savings account, but I would really prefer to switch to GoTyme, especially since we have a kiosk on-site and it offers earlier payroll access.
