Basically as the title says, they are asking me to lie about the hours I worked. I have been working casually and the hours fluctuate and so for some reporting cycles it has been quite low. My provider called me to say to go back and change the hours I reported to 30 (partial capacity to work) and always report 30 even if I work less. And today they have sent me a SMS with the same request.

Clearly this is just to benefit themselves and meet their KPIs but I am wondering how I should handle this? I don't want to do it of course but what should I actually say to them?
