I'm losing my mind. I'm simply trying to reset my password, and it keeps failing, telling me my password doesn't match their records as if I'm logging in, but I'm resetting my password (and as you can see the new password I entered matches in both fields).
I cant find anywhere on the NJT webpage of whom to contact for this issue, and unlike some other transit apps, there is no account login on the webpage that matches the login on the app for me to reset it there.
Any idea of how I can resolve my login issue or contact someone at NJT to resolve it? TIA
