Should I bring my 2000 NB Miata back to life?
My engine gave out, I got the car for $3.2k on marketplace. Only lasted me 5 months. My local trusted mechanic quoted me $3.2k for the engine, with 50k miles and 6 month warranty.
The price includes labor and parts.
Is it worth restoring?
It’s a five speed, but I’ve even thought of getting a six speed transmission instead. Some buddies are saying to get. stronger engine instead
