Maxwell 2 headache

So at the beginning of last month I built my gf a high end pc, and figured she might aswell get some quality headphones. After a week of researching we got maxwell 2's. Incredible headphones, quality and build is amazing, sound is unreal, wish it was louder but that's just me personally. We were really pleased with them... for about a week.

Headache after headache, it's such a struggle to connect them, they disconnect randomly and then the process starts again, now they won't even connect wirelessly at all, can only use them via aux cable which is a joke considering they're £300+. She likes to switch between headphones for gaming and then her speakers for everything else, so they're absolutely fine as long as you never disconnect them and never ever turn them off... Dongle seems to be dead, PC won't acknowledge it's existence and neither will Xbox. All firmware is upto date and followed any and all troubleshooting advice, still absolutely nothing.

Such a shame, very disappointing given the price. looks like we will be trying to return them, perhaps we just bought a lemon and got unlucky, who knows! Perhaps something to be aware of if you're looking to purchase...
