I NEED help. I have a billion fire fighters all over the city, I have wells, I have a hand full of baths, I have two separate specialists in my villa. STILL I have -1.7K fire safety (up from what was -3k before this endeavour) what am I MISSING. What is staring me in the face. Every fire producing building (coal, bakeries) has their own dedicated firefighter I genuinely do not know what I’m missing. What mechanic am I not interacting with that making all these fires
