My girlfriend will start playing league soon, and I wanna use all my BE (I don't need it for anything). I wanna gift her all the Mystery Icons, Mystery Wards and Mystery Champie Icons possible. Does anyone know the BE needed to do so, not forgetting that it's gonna be a level 1 account?

Hello! I like to collect stuff. I was wondering if anyone knows how much Blue Essence is needed (more or less) to get all mystery icons, champie icons, literally everything you get from the Emporium except the chromas.
