I purchased a used truck from a business, they used it as a fleet vehicle. It has this key fob on it, but the manager who sold it didn’t know what it was for. There also seems to be a receptor in the truck near the rear view mirror.

Is this a command start?
If so, how do I get it to work? I have tried almost ever button pressing pattern and it’s seemingly not doing anything.
