I was bored and decided to do the crunchyroll freetrial because I wanted to watch a recent anime I got interested in that wasn't on any of the streaming services I owned. I clicked on the 7 week freetrial and input my credit card information yet it said there was an error.

So I tried refreshed and tried to again to see if it'd work but I was still getting the error message. I open my phone and I notice I got several notifications from venmo saying "CRUNCHYROLL.COM purchased". Last I checked free trials shouldn't be taking any money? Any one have any ideas why this happened? It's 100% the actual crunchyroll site.

I'm unfortunately a minor so I have very limited money which was why I was aiming to do the freetrial in the first place.
