I’m trying to get a finance HP used 2022 Model 3 via the Tesla inventory site. I’ve already paid the £200 order fee, but I’m stuck in a loop on the Tesla App.

Every time I try to complete the finance process in Santander (looking at a 5-year term), I get the following message:

"Error calculating quote. Please re-adjust."

If I lower term to 36 shows no error. I think this is misleading Tesla website showing 5 year calculation but Santander finance website only allowing upto 3 years.

Anyone else experienced same?
