I ask because I have a client who believes he has a warrant out of SB County. I've tried calling. No one ever answers the phone. No way to leave a message. I've tried submitting a request online through their contact form. No response. My client has tried calling - multiple days in a row. No answer. Anyone know how to get in touch with the humans who presumably work there?
