For Custom Software Engineer Role - Management level 8

I'm a Project Manager with 7.8 YOE.

I have completed Interview, BGC and all.

When asked Hiring manager says currently married to the respective team and that respective team needs to finalize the selection.

Still application is active and shows interview completed and documentation completed

Can anyone explain how these processes will go on and for how long?
