I don’t know where to turn or who to ask about this matter so hoping to at least get some guidance here.
I purchased Forza Horizon 5 when it became available on the PS5, I made a random account just so I could play it, seeing that you can only play the game with an existing or new Microsoft account.
Well my stupid self did not save this information. Yes I know. Well, recently I reset my PS5 since I ended up selling it to upgrade to the PS5 PRO, but see now I can’t play the game because it is saying that my current PSN account is already tied to a Microsoft account for this game.
It is asking me to sign in to the account I signed up on when I purchased the game, which is absolutely ridiculous. But when I contacted Playstation support they said they could do absolutely nothing, and that I had to go through Microsoft support. Which is what I did but Microsoft Support said I need to reach out to PLAYSTATION SUPPORT which I had already done prior.
Anyway, should I just call it a loss? Or is there by some miracle, still a chance for me to play this game on my current PSN Account?
