Hey everyone, me again lol

I’ve realised I put the lower arm in upside down.

I’m trying to remove the top arm from the lower arm but having no luck taking it off. I’ve tried unscrewing the circled part but still won’t come off. Any help will be greatly appreciated please!

Hey everyone. I’ve recent purchased a monitor arm and I wanted to ask if it can extend backwards further than this or is this the limit? I’m wondering if the actual issue is my is table being too small. Thank you!
