Loss of Video on two cameras - same day

Loss of Video on two cameras - same day

I suddenly had two of my cameras go "video loss". Trying to diagnose.

I have a REOLINK NVR system with 9 cameras- 8 POE and one battery/wifi.

See attached photos.

I've had system several years now with no issues. 7 CX-410's for their color night vision and 1 510/520? with IR.

Both of the ones off line are 410's.

When I first saw one off line I figured it had died? But then a second went offline within the hour. Now I am wondering if it is the NVR.

Anyone worked with this issue? Suggestions on how to troubleshoot.

Is their a diagnostic mode for the NVR?

Thanks in advance

So my wife's sister died and we inherited a Canon 1000D (2008) with a regular lens and a telephoto lens. I've been reading the manual and trying to learn the in's and out's of SLR photography. I've used it at a number of sporting events for my grandkids - it's been great - great close up shots from across the field, etc.

Here's the challenge: Low light shooting is the worst. My grandson was in his H.S. Show Choir this year and I was hoping to get some good shots - well only if I was lucky. It was a flash-less environment - so I used that setting and I also messed around with Tv settings. Nothing really worked - 90% of shots are blurry. Lots of motion on the stage.

I also went to Carlsbad Caverns and tried to use it. Much the same - even though everything is still (but I wasn't perfectly still).

Our iPhone 16's produced much better shots.

So this is my interpretation. This is just a fundamental limitation of the 2008 technology in the 1000D. I know sensors have come a LONG ways in 18 years. That this camera just isn't suitable for low light unless it's on a stand and perfectly still and the subject is perfectly still.

Question: What modern Canon (SLR or Mirrorless) would I upgrade to for these low light environments? AND are there modern Canons' that would still support the telephoto lens.

Thanks in Advance
