Was waiting for my housing lottery, wait till 1PM today, on the dot I go and look, and “there’s no rooms available for you in this process”

I check everything and nothing is appearing for any help, I’ve called, sent emails, and no response. What do I even do now? Feels like I’m getting punished for being on time somehow, am I gonna even get a dorm? I see it says there’s a “delayed assignment” but idk what that entails
