New Lead Has Turned Against Her Team?
So started working at this organising from January its been 5.months amd we were basically a whole new department hire. So i work with two other ladies, one of them is our lead. So for the past I think 3 months I've been doing the work carrying the weight and mostly just sending myself to do the work.
Shes now been able to learn and has gotten her footing. So now its like she has turned against us and started acting like she's above being asked anything because she has gotten close with our Hr/who is also the finance director. Already a red flag to me.
So the past month apparently, we haven't been doing well etc our numbers have dropped, the main client does think we are being proactive. So she comes and starts in directly gaslighting us saying we need to pull our socks or some of us will go home etc which I found rude, because I figured if one goes the whole team goes.
I dont know who has experienced this or what guidance you can give? I have already started looking for other places because honestly I am not growing career wise, I have maxed my potential here and if all I get is im not doing a good job id rather leave
