Ex riding my coattails
Currently going through a divorce, still residing with STBXH, were married 14 years, (not fun), he is having an affair with a coworker) and we have two boys ages 9 and 13. I have always (and still do) been the parent to look for new and different opportunities for the kids to try new things...examples.... volunteering, flying lessons with local pilots or learning to be referees for different local sports (to name a few). I was the one who took the initiative to research the opportunity, sign them up and get them where they need to be. My STBXH who is less than engaged and doesn't plan any activities with the boys. When he is on present he is constantly engaging with the boys about these activities and talking to them about these things like he knows the ins and outs, when he has had ZERO contribution to ANY OF IT! He is constantly riding the coattails of the things I'm doing and planning, I can't take it! Help. WWYD?!!!
