Hello traders,
how do you deal with drawdown phases?

I’m currently looking for a mental framework or strategies to stay psychologically stable during losing periods. Today I experienced a significant drawdown but managed to recover and close at break-even.

I cut my position size at least by half during losing periods so that losses don’t have such a significant impact. Do you adjust your risk in these situations? By how much % do you cut size?

How do you handle situations like this? Any mindset tips or routines that help you stay consistent?
