Hey everyone,

I’m using an ASUS A16 laptop, and I’ve noticed that fingerprints are becoming very visible all over the keyboard and keybad .

I tried cleaning it using rubbing alcohol, but after that, the fingerprint marks actually seem more noticeable.

Now I’m wondering if there was some kind of thin protective coating on the surface that have affected by alcohol. Is there actually anything like that on laptop?

• Is rubbing alcohol safe to use regularly on a laptop’s keyboard and surface?
• Is there any kind of protection (like a keyboard cover, skin, or coating) to prevent these fingerprint marks?
