My axolotl has had a prolapse
the tissue isn't necrotic as this just happened yesterday while I was at work. I live in a remote area that is rather rural and the closest exotics clinic that could deal with something like this is 7 hours away, so that is just not an option for me.
I saw something about sugar paste, but I have no idea how to make or administer that, plus I'm scared that if I touch it, it’s going to rip and then cause more problems.
I have him tubbed to prevent any damage to the tissue.
is there anything I can do or is euthanization the only viable option here to prevent further suffering.
