
Not Able to Request Return
So i ordered this item from Amazon.in on like April 15th (yes thats a long time ago) and i only recieved it on May 9th (it was to be delivered by May 11th).
However in that time i decided i no longer needed this item and didnt cancel it and decided i would return it instead to prevent it being lost in transit or have any other issues.
After delivery however the return screen has been stuck like in the picture and apparently "Customer Service is not Available for this Item" so i cannot talk to customer support or service either. I even tried the sellers support page (since this was a seller fulfilled delivery) but it just told me that customer service for this product is handled by Amazon and looped back into the customer service is not available for this item message.
I decided i would wait until May 11th so that maybe any server issues would be cleared because thats when the product was to be delivered and still it says that i cant request return even when i have already recieved it. I tried the contact us button on screen which just loops back this whole process.
Has anyone faced this and/or been able to solve this issue of "You will only be eligible to initiate a return/refund request only if your package has been delivered to you" even though your product was delivered?
Any help would be great
