Longview, WA - Looking for an ESA cat I can trust to stay indoors.

I have a letter from my doctor that will allow me to have an ESA in my apartment. I am hoping to rescue a cat as opposed to contributing to byb...

I have an almost 6 yr old son who spends half the week with me. He has grown up around cats, but still does try to pick them up. I do work away from home, but can come home on lunch breaks to take care of him/her. I have an established vet already. I am honestly hoping for a long-haired cat, but if their personality fits it doesn't matter.

I will get my cat microchipped, fixed, and all the toys in the world + multiple cat trees. I am hoping for a cuddly cat who loves to be held and is very tolerant.

I can prove income, space, and even the ESA letter if needed.

Okay so I ended up buying stuff for my downstairs neighbor. I noticed they have a new puppy and want to be friendly. Should I introduce myself before giving this gift, or just give it upon meeting them?
