My friends family has this tractor they said "make an offer". live PTO? does it have power steering, if not, is it really that useful? any red flags to look for?

even with inner tubes in the tires, does it have much life left in these? the front look cheap to replace, the rear, average cost on a used replacement tire I could put on it?

Ill be mowing/hogging, discing, and seed drilling with it. 10 acre homestead/hobby farm. possibly some small garden plowing one day. I know this is overkill, but at the right price, it would be a nice item to have around the farm. I have a skid steer only currently. really a ford 3600 or massey 245 would be the correct size for what i'm doing...

My friends family has this tractor they said "make an offer". I have been wanting a ford 3000, 3600, 4000 or massey 245 or 255. What would the $ value be on this (separate from finish mower), looking at it without being able to turn it on and test it? Is it 8 speed? live PTO? does it have power steering, if not, is it really that useful? any red flags to look for? is this indeed a 3000 or possibly a 3610 with wrong decals?
