I recently dropped my phone 14 while getting off of a boat so it went straight into the water. I had Apple Care Theft And Loss ever since I got the phone, so I wasn't too worried just figured I could go to the apple store and put a claim then receive the phone within 2-3 days. WRONG. Not only was the process a pain in the ass but after waiting 4-5 Days they denied it. Saying one of the requirements was that I needed to have find my iPhone on at all times, which was weird because it was always on. So I sent a appeal with proof that my Find My iPhone was on all the way until I lost it. After 10 days is when they denied my appeal, saying the same thing once again. Only issue was that after 30 minutes the location stopped loading, Im assuming because its at the bottom of the ocean. So I called once again and they said there is no one I can talk to and to just email the investigation team. they then said they would look for more options which is when they put me on hold and dropped the call 3 times. Ive been paying 13 dollars a month for apple care since the iPhone 14 came out and its not right they denny me my first time I have to use it. Please help
