2 Mature Follicles Outcome

Who else had two mature follicles at your IUI, and what was your outcome? Mine were 22 and 25 this time, trying not to get my hopes up, but also- come onnn, this was definitely my best cycle ( I have had this level of information about! )

Hi All,

Luckily, I tested on my fertility monitor today, and it detected an estrogen rise. My ultrasound was supposed to be tomorrow, and probably IUI 5/7. However, my lining was 10mm, and there are 2 20mm follicles. This is my first time having 2 right around the same size. Any others with IUI tomorrow? Would love to hear others' experience with having two follicles- eek.

Hi all,

I'd like to share my journey and see if anyone has had a similar one. We have one 3 y/o due to our 2nd IUI in 2022, and he was breech, and there is apparently scar tissue from a C-section. I am 39, AMH .04 . 2 MC naturally one due to trisomy. 2 failed IUI in June and July 2025 (They had trouble with the catheter in July, and I was naturally pregnant in August, to our surprise- however, it ended at 6 weeks due to trisomy.). Following the second miscarriage, I was terrified of having another and went through IVF. After 5 months, one retrieval, and one euploid, our transfer failed. It was a difficult transfer, and they could not get the catheter in; however, the doctor finally did, and admitted this could have damaged the embryo. This month, I am trying IUI again, and RE said they can dilate the cervix to ensure the catheter can get in. I have done Letrozole, and she has let me add Omnitrope since it seemed to improve egg quality in IVF. Would love to hear from anyone else who had a similar, probably unique, experience. TIA!
