Nuova auto diesel

Avete qualche suggerimento?

Grazie

I’m Italian and honestly a bit shocked by how common TRT seems to be among guys in their late 20s and early 30s in US fitness/biohacking communities.

Here in Europe it’s usually much harder to get prescribed testosterone unless you have clear, confirmed hypogonadism with repeated bloodwork and specialist visits. Otherwise, if someone wants testosterone for performance/physique reasons, it’s mostly underground/black market stuff.

What confuses me is that online I keep seeing people saying things like:

“my levels were low-normal”

“free T was kinda low”

“I felt tired/unmotivated” and then they end up on TRT at 30 years old.

So I’m genuinely curious:

Is it really that easy to get prescribed in the US?

Are doctors there actually convinced these guys medically need TRT, or are some clinics basically operating more like optimization businesses?

Do most young people starting TRT fully understand the fertility/shutdown risks and the fact that it may become a long-term commitment?

How common is it for people to try fixing sleep, stress, obesity, diet, apnea, etc. before jumping on TRT?

Not trying to start a fight, I’m honestly interested in understanding the cultural difference because from a European perspective it feels extremely aggressive compared to how testosterone is treated here.

I don’t know what’s going on inside the club, and I haven’t even watched Tottenham Hotspur this year, but can someone explain how they’re sitting in the relegation zone with four games left in the Premier League, with a squad that was worth nearly a billion at the start of the season? It’s completely beyond me.
