I’m kind of stressed and just need some honest perspective. I had a sexual situation with a guy where there was no penetration at all and no ejaculation inside me. There was some grinding/rubbing near my vaginal opening, but nothing went inside. At one point, he ejaculated on my back, not on me internally. He used a towel to wipe it off, and the towel briefly touched my external area (vulva) with a bit of pressure, but again nothing was inserted. I’ve been overthinking because I’m in/near my fertile window and now I’m noticing some stomach sensations, mild pelvic discomfort, and anxiety symptoms, so I’m scared I could somehow still be pregnant from precum or transfer from the towel situation.I know pregnancy usually requires sperm inside the vagina, but I’m spiraling a bit and just want a realistic opinion on whether there’s any real risk here or if this is mostly anxiety. This was 3 days ago! My period is due in 2 weeks.
